“Mosaic Real Estate” announced the completion of the infrastructure work for “Al Khaled Villas” project in Riyadh, in cooperation with “Khaledoun Contracting”, “AlBeaa Consulting”, and “Al Ojaimi” Company, according to the highest international quality standards.

The work that has been completed included electricity works, where the main cable has been extended from the project’s transformer room to the Electricity Company’s unit and handed over to the latter afterwards. The establishment and installation of sewage network lines and inspection rooms with household connections for each villa, and the water supply network with the main valves have also been completed. Furthermore, the installation of a firefighting system with exits and paving and asphalting works for the external streets of the project have been done.
