“Mosaic Real Estate”, signed a contract on (17-12-2022) with “Khaledoun Contracting”, represented by Prince Turki bin Abdulaziz bin Khaled Al Sudairi, the Executive Director of the company, concerning the development of “Al Khaled Villas”, with a total area of (16,000 sqm) in Riyadh.

The contract includes starting the infrastructure work for (30) residential villas located in one of the most prestigious and vibrant neighbourhoods of Riyadh, along King Khalid Road and near the Diplomatic Quarter, designed in a way that boosts harmony between residents while respecting the privacy of the Saudi society at the same time.

The two companies are keen to make “Al Khaled Villas” project a distinctive addition to the high-end housing projects in the Kingdom, in line with the Quality-of-Life Program and the infrastructure development for Saudi cities.
